Osage Produce

I have shared photos with you of the produce stand up by the cabin...with all the pumpkins and gourds. Here are a few parting shots of more of the produce. Today is the last day the produce stand will be open until next spring. We love getting produce from this stand will will miss it! The cabbage and tomatoes and sweet corn they grow in the area are especially great! If you are ever in NE Georgia on Highway 441, be sure and stop by. It is located between Clayton and Dillard. Traffic literally backs up on to the highway on the weekends!

Apples in the area are great and earlier in the fall there are a lot of apple festivals to enjoy. Last weekend I fried some of the best Fried Green Tomatoes I have ever had!
Aren't the colors of nature great?
