Art Room Franklin, NC

I have already shared some photos with you of the wonderful new space at the Art Room in Franklin, NC. I also told you about the swap and sale on November 7th. I did not get any things together to sell, but I did pick up some bargains!
Above is the wonderful make and take table. They were making a gatefold holiday card using Graphic 45 papers.

Above is a mirror project that Betty Oliver will be teaching at the Art Room. She ironed freezer paper to cavas cloth and then printed the photo directly on the canvas. Very pretty!

Above is Betty Oliver who lives in southwest Georgia. She teaches up in Franklin quite often.

Betty was selling some of her original stamps that she used when she started stamping. I got several of the PSX botanicals she had for sale, along with some other stamps. I got a great bassett hound that had his chin lying on the ground....thought it would make a great "miss you" postcard for church.

Below are examples of the make and take project....I chose the holly paper, of course!

Which reminds me.....I really do need to find that box that has the Christmas cards I started last December for this year!!!!
