I found one more card that I had made with the new Serendipity Stamps that somehow missed out on the photography session. This rustic barn door was painted with watercolor paints. Glitter and a little yarn bow as added to the wreath. The die is from Spellbinders and the snowflakes were stamped using bleach.
When I look at cards for possible candidates for my holiday cards, I think, would I want to make 50-70 of these? I think this one is simple enough that I would be willing to make that many of these. I love doing watercolor....it is only one die cut....I would just have to make sure I had enough of the plaid ribbon. I know it seems early to be thinking of holiday cards, but NOW is the time to be thinking of it so our holidays aren't stressed by making cards at the last moment. Sometimes the simplest seeming card can become overwhelming when done in large numbers.
Sending you happy summer wishes today, though!

what a great winter card love it as always
Like the deer, the birdhouse and this barn door! I don't think there is a Serendipity stamp made that I don't like and you do such a fabulous job showcasing them. I do want to know one thing ~ the "winter wishes" ~ is that metal or how did you do it???
Happy PGA tournament!
I love the vignette of the barn door, the incredible job on coloring the bricks and that forest green background just pops it all out, great card. Sandi
