Greetings from the mountains!

While up at the cabin with my parents and children, we took a couple of rides up to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We saw most of it east of Asheville. When you got up to about 5500 feet, the colors were very pretty!

My son, Jason and his wife, Jessica....she was on fall break from her last year of law school. This photo was taken from the top of the mountain the cabin is located on at Black Rock Mountain State Park, the highest park in Georgia.
This was our favorite view we found while on the Blue Ridge Parkway. The golden trees in the foreground just frames the mountains that seem to go on forever!

I am now in Memphis with my daughter and her husband. We will go to the wedding this Saturday for which I recently did the invitations and programs. Today I made a crafting run to Archivers and Michaels so I have plenty of materials to make my daughter some notecards while she is teaching school.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful week!

Very Stunning Foliage. I had the pleasure of visiting the Blue Ridge Parkway 10 years ago in October and this brought back a lot of memories. Thanks for sharing. Ida

Thank you for sharing these breath taking and wonderful fall photos. As a resident of Phoenix I do not get to see these wonderful fall colors and really enjoy and miss them. TFS.
