This beach card was made using Rubbernecker Stamps and Spellbinders die. I love to do watercolors and I find that watercolor paper is great for doing diecuts. You can push the embossing out even more than the Wizard does and then you can paint the die as you want them. I also used Craf T Metallic Rub Ons over the die. (I did not see the owner of that company at either CHA shows this year, so I hope he is doing okay.)
The "beach" was done with the technique of wet on wet, where you add colors to an area that is wet, and allow the colors to "mingle".
The embossing powder I used for the verse is from Sprinkle & Sparkle, who has a fantastic variety of embossing powders and glitters.
I hope you have a bright and happy day!

I love it. You captured the beach essence, and the colors are great. Thanks for sharing it.
