Gift of stamps!

Did you think I was MIA? I am still here...just been very busy! I found my Christmas cards when I was cleaning out to make way for plumbing repairs so I had to get busy on those. I think I will hang a red bow on both the new hot water heater and pressure regulator valve as our Christmas presents!

My friend Yunetta, was making cards this year with gingerbread men on them. Since I had bought 100 stamps and had more than I needed, I made her a book of just gingerbread men postage stamps to use on her cards. I decorated one of the mailboxes from Target and added a quilted tag and gingerbread ornament to complete her gift.

I will take a photo of her card I received this week along with the other two handmade cards I received (yeah, mail out 50, receive only three handmade ones....sad isn't it? Maybe more will come) and share them with you. I also have photos from a shoebox party, our stamp club party and of course my cards I made.
