More Carpet Garden

The bees were just loving all these flowers. It was my understanding that the plants were in pots, set on top of the gravel (that was what I was told when I took the rooftop tour last January), but it looks like they took up the gravel and actually planted the flowers this year. You could walk around the perimeter of the carpet but not amongst the flowers.
