It's a Beautiful Day

Jane, from San Diego, has been sharing some ideas for popups and using sprays through die, so I thought I would share the finished card I made and could not share before. It is a diorama type pop up card, using Spellbinders die, an Inkadinkado stamp and Copic markers. The Embellishments are K & Company. Jane works hard on a couple of Yahoo groups having to do with diecutting, one dedicated to Spellbinders die and one for Die Cuts All.
Here are a couple of examples of masking using the die.
It is a beautiful day in Atlanta....especially if you enjoy a heat index of over a hundred. I got up early this morning and mowed my grass (which I last mowed two weeks ago before leaving for Alaska, so it needed it!) before it got too hot. Guess I will load up the mower and take it to the cabin next weekend for the Fourth and do some yardwork there too.

Hope everyone is having a beautiful day!

You know I love that shell.... it reminds me of the very first card of yours that I noticed, that was on the cover of a magazine, Holly. A sand castle?? Beautiful coloring as usual!

Great job Holly! I'm still new at the air brush thing and seem to get a lot of "spots" instead of an even spray...guess practice makes perfect!
