Okay, we have had flowers for a few days, so let's do something a little more masculine. This was a wooden slatted box that I "altered" (aka "decorated") to be a pencil box for Dad's workbench. I just love the way the foil cuts and embosses in the Wizard. When you sand it with a nail sanding block, the detail really pops. I also made a book mark out of a cut off piece of wooden blind and added the word "DAD" out of Vintage font. I just love fonts and this was the first Spellbinders font I owned....I have several more now :-). Dad can keep his ruler, pencils, brass brush....all kinds of things in this! There are even post it notes on the side. This was great fun to make!
