Altered clip board

Each month on the Spellbinders Design Team, we work with an altered object. For April, I chose to do a small clip board. I saw something similar on the Fiskars video. I love to collect old sewing things, so I really enjoyed working with this sewing machine die from Spellbinders. I cut it from metal and sanded it so the detail would show up. To get it turned in this direction, however, I had to do a technique we call "reflections" where you cut on ones side of the die and emboss on the other. That way, you can flip your image. Other personal diecutting macnines do not allow you to do that other than to just turn the paper over.
