This past Saturday, my husband and I went to the AT&T golf tournament which is held near where we live. It was a gorgeous day. We put our chairs at 18, walked the first nine holes and then enjoyed watching the golfers come into 18. It made me think of some of the projects I have done in the past using Spellbinders die. This is one that would be great for Father's Day (which will be here before we know it!) or a birthday day or just because. I used the Spellbinders golf die as well as the font Vintage. I cut down the circles so the letters would fit in Rollabind discs. Spellbinders die work so well with metal as the embossing really shows up when sanded. With my sewing background, I love to weave, so I wove strips of paper for the background. My Dad will leave for Ireland this week, though I don't think any rounds of golf are planned. At home he golfs every Wednesday. If you like this card, stay tuned as I have a couple more golf projects to share. Have a great day!
