Top of the Mountain!

Here are more shots from the top of the mountain after the ride on the Jasper Tramway. These are some of the flowers that I told you about. It is amazing that they can grow in this rocky terrain. I can't imagine how deep the snow is here in the winter!

As you can see, there was fresh snow here in July. Some people were hiking across the snow to get just a little higher, but after the climb I had already done, where I was was good enough for me!

One thing that I found kind of strange was that though it was so windy as you were climbing, once you reached the top, the wind was decreased and there was this very peaceful feeling up there!
