A process of elimination

A wedding seems to be and is a daunting process, especially if you are doing a lot of it yourself or having friends help....but that way, you get things the way you want them. The invitations are all done and went postal yesterday, so now I started working on designs for the program. The bride sent me photos of examples of programs she likes, which really helps....I took them and made my own examples. Sometimes you put something on a trial and think I really don't like that, but you won't know until you try it. I leave it up to the bride for the final decisions....which style, which ribbon, which monogram, which edge treatment, etc. It is kind of like doing an eye exam, Which is better....A or B? These, of course, are trial runs and are not expected to be perfect. I will keep you posted and show you the final product after she decides.

Speaking of a process of elimination, I have been very tired and my husband had decided I had sleep apnea. I spent last night in a sleep lab and after you get all rigged up with a LOT of wires, they determine if it is sleep apnea or something else. If you stop breathing a certain number of times within a specific period, they move on to putting you on the CPAC machine. Before midnight, I was already being awoken to have the machine added to my face! The first one had the mask going over my nose and mouth.....I could not stand that. They switched me to one that just went over my nose, which I was able to fall asleep using. I guess all of this is just a process of elimination also. Next will be the trials of learning to live with my new friend, once I get it!

Holly I can't even imagine what that must have been like. I got sent home with a machine once and had to connect things to my finger. I wish you good health along the way with all of those tests.

Holly, all of the programs are so lovely-I would think that would be a hard decision! I know having that machine is not going to be the fun part but on the upside if it works and you can sleep better & feel better that's great!!

These are so lovely. My personal favorite is the third picture :). I hope you get better rest now and that you adjust to the machine quickly. Have a wonderful weekend!
