Well, last time I reached a milestone of fifty pounds, I took a photo of ten five pound bags of sugar....because of my sweet tooth and all!
Last week, I reached seventy-five pounds lost, so I decided lard deserved equal time as I am sure it contributed to carrying around that extra weight just as sugar did. Taking a photo of seventy five pounds of Crisco is not as easy as one would think. The cans at the grocery store are three pounds each....so it would take 25 cans of Crisco to represent seventy five pounds. I don't know about your grocery store, but mine does not stock that many cans at once, and certainly not where they are all visible. The only other things I could find at the store that I could do multiples of to get up to seventy five were dog food and ice. Well, I don't eat dog food (though I did feed it to my sister once....funny story....not to her though!) and ice just melts away. I promise, these seventy five pounds did not melt off! I worked for them! Then I thought of going to Sam's Warehouse where things come bigger! These cans are six pounds each, twice as big as the normal sized can. Twelve of them doesn't even add up to seventy five, but it is close enough! Imagine carrying that around all the time!
I asked Joyce to snap a photo of me last week. These are my size twelve jeans. I first bought size fourteens and then I took them back and switched them out for twelves. Thirty five pounds to get to my WW goal and then ten additional more for my personal goal. I actually enjoy exercising now!
Next goal...one hundred pounds! When I reach that goal, I want to have my photo taken with Allison as she weighs about that or a little under. Plus, it will be a good excuse to get to see her. Thanks for listening!

You look great. I'm going to share your blog address with my WW group. I'm at 45 pounds lost. You are an inspiration to all of us.
Way to GO!!! I love WW! I lost 68 pounds on Weight Watchers last year and have kept it off. My husband lost 62 lbs too. It's quite an eye opening experience and I'm so glad we did it. We eat SO much better and feel so much better. Congratulations to you for making this change! Rene'
